3. Scope of Services

This policy governs all offerings by AIPracticeWay, including training sessions, digital materials, and physical items.

4. Services (Practical AI skills training courses)

AIPracticeWay offers interactive training sessions designed to develop practical AI skills. Sessions may be delivered online or at our premises.

Registration is binding upon confirmation. If you wish to cancel, you must notify us at least 14 days before the session start date for a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the start date are eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the fees. Cancellations within 6 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund.

If you cannot attend a booked session, you may request a one-time deferral to a future session within 6 months, subject to availability. Deferral requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the original date.

Refunds are processed by crediting the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

Courses that include tailored support or live coaching require full commitment and are not eligible for any refund once the first session has commenced, given the allocation of resources on your behalf.

5. Info Products (Digital Materials)

Digital downloads, video tutorials, and e-books are provided in electronic format. Access is granted immediately upon purchase and cannot be revoked. Due to the nature of digital content, these items are not eligible for cancellation or refund once access details have been delivered.

6. Goods (Physical Merchandise)

Physical items such as branded merchandise may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. The request to send back must be initiated via our contact form. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund of the order amount, excluding any shipping charges, within 14 days.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Zurich.
